As a restaurant producing high quality dishes, we are proud of the path we’ve taken, but it hasn’t been easy. While it may be more lucrative to sell an inferior product, we will never serve you something we would not take home to our own families. When all is said and done, we need to feel good about what we do, and you need to to feel good when you are done with dinner!
